Microsoft Copilot Studio Governance: How to Prevent Shadow IT Agents
This article argues that shadow IT agents are rarely hidden in the conventional sense. They become uncontrolled when a GCC team can build and publish a useful Copilot Studio agent faster than the enterprise can assign a service owner, approve its connectors, test its behavior, or define who responds when it changes a business workflow.
