Employees have a solid proclivity towards adopting automation. There may or may not be any support from upper management or may as well be scattered. There are existing automation champions within the employees who have implemented automation successfully in their day-to-day activities or their departments.

- We recommend that the champions focus on building solid cases studies for the management to consider.
- It may also make sense to start assimilating a panel of experts and academics to be on top of tech adoption. This is typically noted in medium to large enterprises.
- It makes sense to invest in an end-to-end tech partner. Deploy techs like RPA, supported with workflow automation, document processes, and assign cross-functional teams to be responsible for adopting and implementing automation. Performance indicators can be factored into performance appraisals.
